SIS (Style It Station) Shopping Guide

Q1. Does SIS accept oversea order?
Yes. SIS accepts local (Singapore) and oversea order
(s). We also provide PRE-ORDER service in products on your request or not listed on our blog. Please send your complete order (s)/enquiries to styleitstation@live.com.
* Please note
that oversea shipping charges applies and varies for different countries and mode of delivery.



Q2.
How to place an order?
It is easy. SIS accept order (s) via EMAIL confirmation.
Step 1 : How to Order ?
Kindly email your order (s) to
styleitstation@live.com in the following format. *Please state clearly the order (s) details to avoid delay.

Step 2 : Acknowledgement of Purchase

Upon receipt of your email order
(s), SIS shall process and confirm the stock availability, total purchase amount, postage charges and bank account number for funds transfer via email acknowledgement.

Step 3 : How to Pay?
Shopper (s) proceed to make payment within 3 days and notify SIS once payment made. Please provide us with the date and reference no. of your payment.
*Order (s) cannot be changed or cancelled once payment has been made.

Step 4 : Acknowledgment of Payment
Upon receipt of your payment, SIS shall send a confirmation of order/invoice to the shopper (s) via email and proceed to deliver the items. Shopper (s) may send us email to check on the status if you have not received the items within expected delivery time. For registered mail, status can be tracked from SingPost website.

Q3.
Apart from the item price stated on the website, any other charges applies ie shipping charges?

SIS's Singapore shopper (s) :
* Local shopper (s) enjoy FREE shipping charges with minimum purchase of SGD 50.
* For purchase below SGD 50, local postage charges will be based on the weight of the total items and packaging.

* For purchase above SGD 100, we are offering a FREE registered postage shipping for local shopper (s).

Prices stated are NOT inclusive of shipping charges to your destination country. Shipping charges vary for different countries and different mode of delivery. We will inform shopper (s) the charges upon confirmation of order before payment. Please feel free to contact us for any clarification.

** If you would like to engage the Speedpost Service
(ie EMS/Courier service) under SingPost (more details @http://www.speedpost.com.sg/Worldwidecomparison.html), please inform us in advance. Please also note that charges apply for different mode of delivery.


Q4.
What is the expected delivery timing?

SIS's
Singapore shopper (s) :
Upon receipt of your payment, normally the delivery within Singapore will take approximately 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays).

SIS's Oversea shopper (s) :
Upon receipt of your payment, your purchased items will be delivered to your destination address in about 4 - 7 working days. Please note that estimated delivery time varies for different countries and more of delivery.

Note : We are not responsible for or be liable in the event of lost of packages for normal postage. There may be delay in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances (if any) and we will inform shoppers in advance for any inconvenience caused.


Q5. What are the different types of delivery?

We are currently engaging
local SingPost normal Airmail postage as our shipping mode (default).
To save the postage or shipping time, you may arrange with us for self-collection.

**Optional : SIS's shopper (s) may choose between the mode of delivery (normal mail, registered mail, courier service etc). Please ensure to inform us beforehand together with your order. Please note that shopper (s) will bear the cost of delivery charges vary for the preferred mode of delivery.


Q6. What form of payment does SIS accept?
We accept PayPal, an easy and safe way to send money to our PayPal account via your PayPal account or credit card/debit card. FREE to open PayPal account and to transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal account. NO CHARGES if you pay directly from a PayPal account funded by your PayPal account or Bank account. (*Fees apply only if you use a credit or debit card to make the payment). Credit/Debit Card Payment via PayPal

Additional charge of 3.4% + SGD$0.50 applicable for Singapore if you pay with Credit/Debit Card via PayPal (*Fees vary by country). PayPal accepts credit/debit card payment ie Visa, Master, AMEX, Discover, JCB etc. You can also make and receive payments in the currency you select. * For Singapore/local shopper (s), recommended payment method as follows :
  • Internet Banking (IB)
  • ATM fund transfer
* For Oversea shopper (s), recommended Cross-border Personal Transactions via PayPal. As there is no fee applies to Singapore if the transaction is made entirely funded by your PayPal balance or bank account. However, exchange rates apply by PayPal for transaction involving currency conversion (Refer to https://www.paypal.com/sg/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside).


We will inform you to make necessary payment once your order is confirmed. Our account details will be provided upon your confirmation order. Please inform us once payment made to avoid any delay.

For shoppers who yet to open a Paypal account, you'll have to register one at www.paypal.com (Its safe, easier and free registration) before sending the payment to our Paypal account. Our account details will be provided upon receipt of your orders.


Q7. Can I refund or exchange the items?
No. All goods sold are non-refundable or no exchange allowed unless it is wrong item sent by our mistake.


Q8. If I order more items, is there any discounts?
You may frequently check out our "What's New" (http://style-it-station.blogspot.com/search/label/*What's New) for the special offers if any (certain occasions).

You may also send us an email to styleitstation@live.com for bulk order, we will attend to your email within 2-3 working days.


Q9. Others
We will give a "SURPRISE" to our dear existing supportive shopper (s) on their BIRTHDAY! Therefore, DOB has to be provided on your first purchase if you wish to receive a "SURPRISE" from SIS.

We will also give out "FREEBIES" if you hit 10 purchases with SIS within 6 months.
